INGREDIENTS

  1. CAFÉ H® Pork Barbacoa (20511)
  2. LAYOUT® Jalapeño Bacon (15268)
  3. Grits
  4. Chicken broth
  1. Sharp cheddar, shredded
  2. Green onions, sliced
  3. Pickled red onions

STEP ONE

Re-therm barbacoa and hold it hot. Set aside some cooking liquid for grits.

STEP TWO

Cook off bacon and crumble, reserve. Make the grits using barbacoa liquid and chicken broth. Stir in cheddar cheese and green onions just before service.

STEP THREE

Assemble plates with a base of grits. Top with barbacoa.

Finish assembly with crumbled bacon, green onions and pickled red onions.
