Mexican Chicken and Waffle

This take on Mexican chicken and waffles is a sweet and savory combination.  Combine a couple golden waffles with 2 strips of bacon and a HORMEL® FLASH 180™ chicken breast.  Top with guacamole, drizzle it with hot honey and sprinkle some flakey salt.  Serve with a side of hot sauce.
