Sliced and Split Pit Smoked Beef Brisket.

Fully cooked, un-sauced, whole beef brisket starts with a trimmed brisket, is rubbed generously with seasoning and is smoked up to 16 hours in the smokehouse, creating a deep pink smoke ring.
