Perfect for carving stations, buffets, and center of plate. The versatility of turkey makes it a great go-to protein for any time.

Preparation

COMBI_HEAT: THAWING: We recommend thawing before cooking. Thaw at least 3-4 days in refrigerator OR at least 10-12 hours in cold water. Change water frequently. DO NOT thaw at room temperature. Always leave in sealed plastic during thawing. Refrigerate or cook immediately after thawing. Preheat combination oven to 320°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Reposition skin for even coverage, as necessary. Place breasts skin side up on large sprayed shallow baking pan so the units to not touch. Add 1 cup water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 2 hours AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest area of the meat. Remove from oven. Cook for 2 hours and 15 minutes AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest area of the meat. Remove from oven. BAKE: THAWING: We recommend thawing before cooking. Thaw at least 3-4 days in refrigerator OR at least 10-12 hours in cold water. Change water frequently. DO NOT thaw at room temperature. Always leave in sealed plastic during thawing. Refrigerate or cook immediately after thawing. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Remove turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid on thawed pieces. Reposition skin for even coverage, as necessary. Place breasts skin side up on large sprayed shallow baking pan so the units to not touch. Add 1 cup water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 2 hours and 40 minutes AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest area of the meat. Remove from oven.
