Suggested Use & Menu Ideas

Cook from raw state. Enjoy Hot or Cold. Serve in a sandwich or burger, at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. The versatility of turkey makes it a great go-to protein for any time.

Preparation

COMBI_HEAT: THAWING: We recommend thawing before cooking. Thaw at least 48 hours in refrigerator OR at least 7-9 hours in cold water. Change water frequently. DO NOT thaw at room temperature. Always leave in sealed plastic during thawing. Refrigerate or cook immediately after thawing. Preheat combination oven to 320°F. Remove thawed turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid. Place breasts on large shallow baking pan so the units do not touch. Add 1 cup water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 55 minutes from thawed AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest area of the meat. ROTISSERIE: THAWING: We recommend thawing before cooking. Thaw at least 48 hours in refrigerator OR at least 7-9 hours in cold water. Change water frequently. DO NOT thaw at room temperature. Always leave in sealed plastic during thawing and cooking. Refrigerate or cook immediately after thawing. Preheat rotisserie oven to 325°F. Remove thawed turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid. Place breast in sprayed rotisserie basket. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes from thawed AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest area of the meat. BAKE: THAWING: We recommend thawing before cooking. Thaw at least 48 hours in refrigerator OR at least 7-9 hours in cold water. Change water frequently. DO NOT thaw at room temperature. Always leave in sealed plastic during thawing and cooking. Refrigerate or cook immediately after thawing. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Remove thawed turkey breast from package, drain off and discard any excess liquid. Place breasts on large shallow baking pan so the units do not touch. Add 1 cup water to the pan and replenish as necessary. Cook for 2 hours from thawed AND until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat themometer in the thickest area of the meat.
