Serve as a Hot Dog: on a bun, topped with relish, onions, mustard or ketchup. Or as a Chili Dog: topped with chili and shredded cheese. Or as a Jalapeno Dog: topped with jalapeno peppers and melted cheese

Preparation

STEAM: Place franks on steam table pan in a single layer. Place pan in steam, close door and steam until the internal temperature reaches 140°F as measured by a meat thermometer. BAKE: Preheat oven to 375 °F. Place thawed kielbasa/frank on a sheet pan with a little space between each one. Heat for 8-10 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165 °F as measured by a meat thermometer. CONVECTION: Preheat oven to 375 °F. Place thawed kielbasa/frank on a sheet pan with a little space between each one. Heat for 8-10 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165 °F as measured by a meat thermometer. GRILL: Preheat roller grill on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Cook franks until the internal temperature reaches 140°F as measured by a meat thermometer. SIMMER: Heat water in sauce pan to a rolling boil. Add franks to the water and simmer until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
